The hotel was incredibly friendly and placed in a contemporary-style building. Our brand-new room had a storage and closet space. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. It had incredible location within walking distance of Aquarium.

The location and reviews made me choose this hotel for my Thanksgiving stay. The hotel was in the heart of the city and there were many things around including malls and different food establishments. The lobby looked welcoming and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. It was great to have a coffee maker and microwave in the room.

My stay was not as expected. The hotel was not properly cleaned, the first room had food and crumbs all over the place and there were safety pins, hair, fingerprints, and stains in the closet.

The food was good, and the room was brand-new.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfort of soft sheets and the excellent comforter in the room. We also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. the breakfast was fantastic and we loved sitting by the fire pit outside. The location was perfect, close to various attractions and restaurants.

The air conditioner was also very noisy, making it difficult to sleep, and the pillows were not comfortable. It wasn't easy to find the hotel, as the signage needs to be improved.
